[BETA LAUNCH] Meet your new Northflow AI Agents

Heyyyy Reader,

Quick update. We just rolled out 2 AI Agents inside Northflow Flux, and they are live in beta right now.

If you have used Northflow, you know the workflow already: create a task, assign it to someone on your team, they do the work. Agents work the same way. You assign them to a task, they read what needs to happen, and they handle it. They show up right next to your team members in the assignment dropdown.

Here is what is live:

Transcriber Agent
Assign it to a task, attach your audio or video file, and it comes back with a clean, timestamped transcript with speaker labels. The transcript saves as a Document inside your Space, connected to the project it belongs to. No external tools, no copy-paste, no extra tabs.

Recruiter Agent
This one handles guest outreach. Write your pitch, set your follow-up timing, add your contacts, and it sends the emails for you. If someone does not reply, it follows up at the intervals you set. When they do reply, it captures the response and stops the sequence so you can take it from there.

Both agents work inside your existing workflow. You do not need to learn a new tool or set up a separate system. If you know how to assign a task in Northflow, you already know how to use an agent.
