Introducing the Command Center

Your new planning hub inside Northflow.

Hey Reader,

As more of you bring your shows, clients, and team members into Northflow, we kept hearing the same question. Now that everything lives here, where do you actually plan it all?

It became clear pretty quickly that you needed one place to plan everything together, so we made it our priority.

We know how stressful it can feel when your calendar is in one tool, your tasks in another, and your ideas floating somewhere else. You told us you wanted a space where everything connects, where you could see the full picture without jumping between tabs or stitching workflows together.

So today, we’re excited to share the Command Center.

The Command Center brings all your work into one screen so your entire workflow finally makes sense at a glance. You can see projects, tasks, schedules, submissions, and content all lined up together, ready for planning.

Here’s what you can do inside it.

See your workflow your way

Flip between the Monthly Calendar, Kanban, and our new Table View. Each one gives you a different angle so you can choose what helps you think clearly.

Focus only on what matters

Use the sidebar filters to zoom in on a single show, client, or category. Hide everything else with a click whenever you need more focus.

Plan your days in minutes

Add items onto the calendar, move things around, or create new projects and tasks right from the Command Center. If you don’t know the date yet, it will sit safely in the Not Planned panel until you’re ready.

Keep everything color coded

Projects, tasks, submissions, content, and scheduled items each have their own color so your planning stays organized and familiar.

The Command Center came to life through your feedback and real workflow needs.

If you want a quick walk-through, we put together a short video so you can see it in action.

We hope the Command Center becomes the place where your planning finally feels lighter, clearer, and a lot more fun.

Northflow AI recruiter Agent

Product updates Heyyyy Reader, Quick update. We just rolled out 2 AI Agents inside Northflow Flux, and they are live in beta right now. If you have used Northflow, you know the workflow already: create a task, assign it to someone on your team, they do the work. Agents work the same way. You assign them to a task, they read what needs to happen, and they handle it. They show up right next to your team members in the assignment dropdown. Here is what is live: Transcriber AgentAssign it to a...

Northflow Flux is now here

A note from our team WE ARE CALLING THIS VERSION For months, we’ve been calling what we were building internally “V2.” It was a placeholder. A way to talk about the work without making promises about what it would become. But somewhere in the middle of it, the work got a name that actually fit. Northflow Flux. Where the name came from Flux comes from the Latin fluxus – meaning guess what...? flow. That part was obvious. Northflow has always been about flow – the movement of content from idea...

Product updates Hey Reader, It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? The last email we sent was back in December and yeah… we know that kind of silence can feel like we disappeared. Quick update: we’ve been building. For the past few months, the entire Northflow team has been heads down on something we didn’t want to rush. Not a feature update. A full rebuild from the ground up. New foundation, new interface, everything rethought. Why? Because where content, AI, and workflows are going next deserves...
