Projects, Spaces & Google Drive

Built for creators, agencies, and growing teams.

Hey Reader,

Over time, we started noticing something interesting.
People weren’t just using Northflow to manage podcast episodes anymore. They were using it to plan client projects, organize video production, track newsletters, and even build entire content systems inside it.

That’s when we realized Northflow had grown into something bigger...a true home for all kinds of creators.

So we made a few changes to make that experience even smoother.

Episodes are now Projects​
You’ll still see everything you’re used to , calendar view, table view, completed work, but now it’s more flexible. You can manage your podcast episodes, YouTube videos, blog posts, or client work all under Projects.

Shows are now Spaces​
Each Space acts like a home for everything related to a show, client, or team.
If you’re an agency, use one Space per client.
If you’re a creator, use one per show or type of content.

Now with Google Drive Integration​
You can now connect your Google Drive directly to Northflow.
When you upload assets to a task, they’ll automatically sync to your Drive, no more manual uploads or link copying.

Your files stay in your Drive, neatly organized by Space, ready to share or collaborate on.
